Giving Back

Our entire team at Legendary Developments knows the importance of being active and generous participants in the various communities where we conduct business. However, this goes much further than simply writing a charitable cheque and walking away. Rather, we strive to be fully immersed in a cultural shift that helps entire communities prosper, connect, and realize their potential.

One example of this is our direct involvement with the R.E.C. For Kids Society that provides reconditioned sports and recreational equipment to children in the Surrey, White Rock, Langley, Cloverdale and North Delta areas. Formed in 2007, R.E.C. helps underprivileged children build confidence and a sense of community. Our President, Gordie Dhaliwal, proudly serves on the Board of Directors and is actively involved in growing this important charity.

We Support

At Legendary, it’s not just about building and selling homes. We take pride in being an active participant in the communities in which we conduct business. Making a difference at every level and in a variety of areas is central to Legendary’s corporate policy.

Michael Cuccione Foundation icon

Michael Cuccione Foundation

One of the most devastating events that can occur within a family is to be informed that their child has been diagnosed with cancer. Presently very little is known about the underlying causes of childhood malignancies as the majority of research dollars raised are spent on investigating adult forms of cancer. Since its inception in 1997, the Michael Cuccione Foundation has worked diligently to change this through the generous support from the public. The funds raised by this foundation are donated in memory of Michael Cuccione, who at the age of nine, had a vision to support various research programs across Canada and the United States.
