And, if a problem arises, our Home Owner Care team is in place to respond quickly and professionally to resolve whatever concerns you may have.

All Legendary homes are designed and built following a strict, controlled process. From technical questions to design details, our Home Owner Care team is here to educate you about your new home.

The Process

At Legendary, we know that in all the excitement of getting ready to move into your new home, some details can easily be overlooked. To help make your move as smooth and as enjoyable as possible, we have developed the following 4 simple steps.


Shortly before you take possession of your new Legendary home, our Sales Manager will contact you to setup an orientation of your new home with our Home Owner Care manager.


You will be led through a detailed, room-by-room orientation by the Home Owner Care manager. You’ll learn all the ins and outs of your new home, any special instructions for your appliances and home systems, maintenance, and cleaning tips, and lots of other helpful information.


During this orientation, you will be given your WELCOME HOME package which includes your Legendary New Home Owner’s Guide, welcome mat and much more. Your Legendary New Home Owner’s Guide contains information regarding instructions for your appliances and home systems, maintenance and cleaning tips for your home, and provides a place for you to keep notes, appliance warranties, and all other material relevant to your new home.


You will also learn how the customer service request process works, and you’ll get a chance to have all your questions answered. With your Home Owner Care manager, you’ll inspect every room of the home to look for any items that need attention. These will be addressed immediately, so you can move into a home that satisfies you 100%.


To ensure your new home will be protected for years to come, we’ve teamed up with one of Western Canada's leading warranty administrators, National Home Warranty Group.

All new homes built in BC are protected by the 2-5-10 home warranty insurance, as set out by the Homeowner Protection Act of BC. The 2-5-10 home warranty insurance is widely recognized as one of the strongest and most effective home warranty standards in Canada.


> 2 years' coverage on labour and materials as follows

  • 12 months’ coverage for defects in material and labour for your unit

  • 15 months’ coverage for defects in material and labour for the common property (Multi Family Only)

  • 24 months' coverage for defects in material and labour for major systems (heating, electrical, plumbing, etc.)


> 5 years’ coverage on the building envelope, including coverage on unintended water penetration


> 10 years’ coverage on major structural items
